Creating Across Cultures – Women in the Arts from China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan

This coffee table book contains a collection of profiles that celebrates the artistic achievements of 16 visionary women from China, Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan. From literary figures and dance icons to bold contemporary visual and performing artists, the stories of these eminent artists reflect the social and historical realities of Greater China over three generations.

We collaborated with editors and writers in the US and Hong Kong to bring the book to fruition. As the book primarily targeted cultured readers in the US, we developed a contemporary design to present the stories of the artists and the myriad images of artworks, performances and old personal photos for an insightful yet enjoyable read.
